Origin
Every consulting service in this market, we have been on the receiving end of. Cluttered. Slow. Generic. Quoted in fixed bundles that don’t fit the shape of your RTO. We saw the same problems on every engagement, and after twenty years we knew the fix was a different way of delivering, not a different consultant.
So RTO Assure delivers the way we wanted to be served when we were running RTOs. Senior people, transparent rates, tight scopes, plain language. The service is the point; the report is just the receipt.

How we charge
You pay for what we do and how long it takes. Time-based, deliverable-based, fully transparent. No fixed-bundle traps. No surprise scopes. Every engagement is timed, recorded, and tied to a deliverable so you can see exactly what we did, how long it took and what came out of it.
If a piece of work turns out to be smaller than expected, you pay for the smaller piece. If the work turns out to be larger, we tell you before the meter ticks past the quote.
Who you'll be working with
Every person on our team has held senior roles inside operational RTOs. All onshore, all human, no offshore outsourcing. Calls are taken by people who’ve done the job you’re doing.
