Understand your RTO
We start with discovery: how you operate today, what you already have, and how you need to sit in Octossure. Together we work through structured workbooks so nothing important is missed before anything goes into the system.

Build it with you, week by week
We meet regularly in short sessions and work through your compliance evidence in a sensible order — foundations first, then the bigger pieces like trainers, policies, and delivery materials. Most onboardings take around six to eight weeks; the pace is yours. As each section is ready, we enter it into Octossure so you are not facing a big bang at the end.

Handover and training
Before you take the reins, we walk through what is in the platform and you confirm it matches what you gave us. Once handover is signed off, we run practical training so your team knows how to use Octossure in day-to-day work.
Scope, timing and pricing are agreed up front, so you know what you are buying and what done looks like.
